It is possible to send a request for availability or information from our site, by filling out the form in the CONTACTS section or by sending an e-mail to a email@example.com.
It is necessary to indicate in the request the dates of accommodation and the number of guests. Within 24 hours the guest will receive a reply. Alternatively, you can check availability and price of the apartments and / or book through the Airbnb portal.
The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication showing the total price of the stay and after we have received, by bank transfer, the deposit of 50% of the amount due from the guest for the stay.
The bank transfer is to be made within 1 day from our confirmation and the guest is required to send a copy of the receipt of payment of the deposit. If the payment is not made within the requested time, the reservation is to be understood as not valid.
The reservation becomes binding for FM Accomodation only upon receipt of the deposit, for which the guest will be notified by e-mail. Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
We kindly ask guests to check the accuracy of the aforementioned confirmation and to inform us within 1 day of any anomaly.
After this deadline we decline any responsibility for any inaccuracies.
Within 1 day of our confirmation of availability, the deposit of 50% of the amount due for the stay is required and the guest is required to send a copy of the payment receipt of the deposit. If the payment is not made within the requested time, the reservation is to be understood as not valid. The balance of the stay will be made at check-in, paying in cash (the only currency accepted is euro) or by credit card.
For bookings received less than 4 days before the date of arrival, full payment will be made at check-in, in cash (in euro only) or by credit card.
By booking through Airbnb website, the amount due for the entire stay must be paid immediately with a credit card and the portal will also collect the tourist tax.

Any booking cancellation must be communicated via email. In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the amount received as a deposit will be returned to the guest within 1 working day.
(example: If the arrival was scheduled on Friday 23.11.18, so that the cancellation does not provide for any charge, the cancellation notice must be within 24:00 CET on Friday 16.11.2018. In this case, the return of the deposit will take place within 24:00 CET on Monday 19.11.2018).
For cancellations or changes beyond the aforementioned term, the entire deposit will be debited.
No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay the entire booked stay.In case of no-show of the guest on the day of the expected arrival, the entire deposit will be retained.
For bookings made through Airbnb website, guests are invited to read the cancellation policy provided by the portal.
At check-in every guest will have to pay in cash the tourist tax which amounts to € 3 per day per person in Milan.
